At Pavory, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, pet hair, stains, odors, damage, washing, or improper handling may not be eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us through our contact page or customer support email with:
• Your order number
• The email address used for the order
• A brief explanation of the return request
• Photos of the product, if the item arrived damaged or defective
Please do not send the item back without contacting us first. Returns must be approved before they are shipped back.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Used items
• Items with pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items outside the 30-day return window
